The Red House Inn is a traditional bar/resturant which also provides accomodation. Meals are served all day. There is music in the bar at weekends.

One of the most distinctive buildings in Lismore, this end-of-terrace single-bay two-storey gable-fronted double-pile building, was built in 1902 in an Arts and Crafts influenced style. Features of the building include a traditional pub front to ground floor, canted oriel window behind veranda balcony on first floor, and three-bay two-storey lower wing to north-east incorporating fabric of earlier building, c.1825, on site. An early interior also survives intact, including a distinctive serpentine serving counter.

Traditional style family run bar with a strong sporting theme. "Good food in pleasant surroundings at a reasonable price" is Eamonn Walsh's aim at his bar/restaurant in the centre of Lismore. The main bar area and dining room behind it have been refurbished in a comfortable traditional style this season and, right at the back, there's a well kept beer garden where customers can drink and eat in the fresh air and away from traffic on fine days. Locals working in the town pop in for a quick, affordable lunch - Soup of the day, such as Parsnip and Carrot perhaps, with ready buttered Bread, and inexpensive hot main course dishes such as Lamb's Liver and Bacon Casserole, Chicken Cordon Bleu or the Beef Olives, all including vegetables and changed daily.
