Glenribbeen Eco Lodge Bed and Breakfast is located between Lismore and Cappoquin on the N72, in the heart of Ireland's most picturesque region. Glenribbeen offers you the ideal accommodation for visiting the West Waterford area and the surrounding attractions. Situated very close to the towns of Lismore and Cappoquin, we offer you great accommodation in a great location.

Glenribbeen have scored 25 points to be awarded the European Union Green Flower Award for Ecological Accommodation. It's the highest award of its kind (normally 18.5 points is enough to be placed). We were vetted by the SEI for the B&B and our wheelchair friendly Self Catering Apartment (broadband connected).

Set in the rolling wooded countryside at the foot of the beautiful Knockmealdown mountain's, Glenribbeen lodge offers traditional and alternative menu's. Wherever possible all vegetables are grown organically usually on the farm behind the lodge. It is a modern house with great views from all windows and Glenribbeen Lodge has a non-smoking policy.

The Glenribbeen School Of Music
Music school for traditional Irish music. Our school of music is affilliated to Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann and run by Peter O'Connor T.T.C.T. and S.C.T. (senior-level). Peter O'Connor is the son of Rose O'Connor a music teacher for 40 years and teacher of (amongst 7other winners) back to back All Ireland Senior Fiddle Champions in 2000 and 2001. All ages and levels catered for. Peter has played fiddle since 1993 and the music school has been running since 1998. Most stringed instruments are taught and beginners are catered for on whistle and concertina.
