Knockanore Farm, is located between Tallow and Youghal in the valley of Knockanore. A converted farmyard with hygienic modern facilities is the birthplace of this distinctive semi-soft type of cheese. As a family enterprise you can depend on it's quality and flavour. Every drop of milk used comes from the Lonergan Herd of Cows and is turned, by hand into rings of knockanore and waxed individually.
